Who I Am
I’m Rostyslav Pylypiv, founder of Beehive Logic. First, together with you, I identify the specific tasks that digital tools can solve. Then my team and I design and build the solution — from automating single operations to a full CRM or ERP. Throughout the project I stay personally involved — from the first conversation to launch.
My Path
I have more than 15 years of management experience, including 10 years in the public sector. I managed teams, processes and budgets. That is why I look at your business through the eyes of a manager, not only a programmer.
In 2022 I moved into software development full time. Since 2024 I have been working with my own team. We build systems for businesses and non-profit organizations: from Telegram bots to complete ERP systems.
Recognition
- Three of my projects in a row were nominated for the DOU Award — the main award of the Ukrainian IT community.
- Three of my projects were featured in the Caritas Europa Innovation Catalogue 2025:
- Help-Desk — a system that processes more than 1,000 beneficiary requests per day;
- KoboToolbox on own server — secure data storage with significant savings on cloud infrastructure;
- Facility.Communities — a CRM/ERP system with AI integration.

- My team builds the chosen solution. I control quality at every stage.
- After launch we train your team and support the system.
